Reflections on Justice

A daily devotional series for those who want to positively impact the world through social action.

“As women weep, as they do now, I’ll fight; while little children go hungry, as they do now, I’ll fight…While there is a poor lost girl upon the streets, while there remains one dark soul without the light of God, I’ll fight”

William Booth

The Salvation Army International Women’s Ministries recently released, “Reflections on Justice,” a daily devotional series written by women from around the Salvation Army world.

The resource is available to download and print in English, French, Hindi, Portuguese, Spanish and Swahili.

As well as being available to download and print for individual use, “Reflections on Justice” is available as a reading plan on the Bible App by YouVersion.

The Salvation Army International Women’s Ministries invites you to read the devotional series as part of a global reading event from November 1, 2024, to December 1, 2024.

The month of November is important to justice-seeking women as it sees the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women (25th) and the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence.

“This daily reading plan will prepare our hearts and minds for these critical dates with Scripture, prayer and challenge. Take this opportunity to gather family, friends and staff teams to read together, either in person or on the Bible App by YouVersion.”
